This ranks right up there with Colin Cowherd in the "If I've never heard this person speak, I'd still want to punch them in the face" dept.

I tuned in last night and heard him talking about the penalty as if there was nothing else to talk about regarding Game 3 and I turned the radio off. At that point, who cares if it was a penalty or not? Especially since the Pens won. Did anyone call and say, "I'm glad we won but that shouldn't have been a penI know his schtick is to take some obtuse point and turn it into a discussion on purpose, but come on.

If I had any skills at organizing people, I'd say everyone should call his show at about 6:30 one night asking him if he still feels that way about Crosby :pop:

Without even reading your comment above the pic, my first thought was "I bet there are a line of people that would love to punch him in the face."

Wow, he really called in?

Since JR had no problem mentioning classless Pittsburgh fans on twitter, I wonder if JR forgot the time that he told the fans to "kiss his ass" while at charity event in Pittsburgh.

Tim Benz's in ability to handle anyone complaining about Fleury is hilarious. I understand lots of idiots immediately blame the goalie, but I'm not sure now is the time to really defend the guy. The whole WHY DIDNT YOU CALL WHEN THEY WON 15 IN A ROW in response to any caller criticizing him or the team is so stupid.

Even Madden is calling out Fleury. Although he's just reporting everything he's always called people idiots for saying in the past. But that just shows he has no defense left

He's awful. Their show when it comes to hockey is an utter disaster. Alexander has zero clue when it comes to hockey.

This implies that he has a clue when discussing other topics besides hockey.

Not really sports radio related, but the comedian they've had on DVE the past two mornings is amazing.

Craig Gass. He's going to be on again tomorrow. Then I can go back to not listening to them.

I'll add another one.

Whatever that almost under-his-breath "yeaaaaahhhhhhhhh" he does when Gianotti or Colony is talking and he agrees with whatever they're saying.

That, and he's basically a talking cliche book when it comes to hockey discussion.
