I grew up playing with a guy like that. He was so dominant in juniors that no one could tell him anything about his game. Speed, hands, power, physical... he had it all. When he hit the major junior level, he felt he didn't need to earn it and got cut twice. The second time his coach even told him that he is easily the best player he's ever coached but will go literally nowhere with his attitude.
