Crowd came through all night on the radio.

At first I thought it was a little quieter tonight myself. But then watching the highlights from the CBC feed and the place was absolutely rocking.

Back from the game and post-game celebration. Boston should be very afraid if that Pens team shows up. Neal is on fire, which makes iy impossible to check two lines that are better than either of theirs.

Rask is going to be exposed for what he is, which won't be good if you're a fan of the Little Bears.

Nabokov's numbers were probably just as bad. If the Rangers are eliminated, Rask will be next. I don't think the Pens could light up King Henry like this, but you never know.

The Pens look hungry right now, and they'll be rested and healthy going in to round 3. Downright scary. Boston likes to throw their weight around and pretend that they are not intimidated, but believe me, they want no part of a rested and healthy Pens team.

I'd still be weary of Boston's 4th Line and the Horton - Krejci - Lucic Line.

The Boston series will be a serious test of depth. The Pens 3rd and 4th lines will have to be extremely good. Chara will negate one of Crosby/Malkin.

The Pens will negate Chara. They will wear him down. Not the other way around. The Horton - Lucic - Krejci line will be outplayed more than they will control the play. They will have their moments, but they will not be the difference.

The top two lines of the Pens consistently produce and put pressure on the opposing team all night. Boston's top two lines have not done that all year.

They have been able to produce offense in this series because the Rangers allow it with their rope a dope style. The Pens will be going forward.

Their goalie is sub-par, Write that down.

Murray told a Swedish tabloid Neil's an idiot and that he'll give him a beating next year.

I'm thinking Pens of course (both heart and brain) but I don't think you have facts to back up the cockines about the top six comparison.

Krejci and Horton are at +11 and +13. Geno's at +3, Sid actually at -1. And no, even though it seems to be the board concensus I can't agree Sid's line is creating offense on every shift.

:thumb: excellent. Any exact quote by chance? He had classic against Hamonic last series. Told him to "please hit me, so I can punch you in the face."

What a cheap shot that was by Neil. And the forensic proof is posted above.

I'm just hoping that the Rags can extend that series as much as possible.
Either way, losing is not an option in the next round. If they play smart and disciplined hockey, that won't happen.

At least when Brooks did it, it was in retaliation to getting punched in the head. Neil took a running start to spear Murray in the nards.

What got me irate was Douglas Murray has all but open challenged Neil all series, hell even back to the regular season meeting, and Neil wouldnt even look him in the eye. Spears him in the nuts then starts swinging while Murray's on the ice. How can you even sleep at night when you pull stuff like that? What an absolute coward

I have no problem with what Brooksie did, (other than he was taking a chance that #25's (see what I did there?) original offense went unnoticed and that he'd be taking a stupid penalty.

Certainly Neils move on Murray was unprovoked and dirty, Brooksie wasn't dirty IMHO, worst case it could be described as unnecessary.
