My wife's favorite penguin. Once asked us if our Sandstrom jersey was a Brian Bonin jersey... Bonin played all of 5 games for the Pens. We still have a Pens charity calendar from 10 years ago or so still showing August, because of Ian Moran.

Not the best player in the world, but a guy with great character, and he seemed like a really nice guy. I remember one game where during a break in the action the sound system in the Civic Arena was playing "Lowrider" by War. The camera for the jumbotron panned across the Pen's bench, and Moran was obviously singing along with the music.
