How much money do you think he's going to want and do you think he'd be a good fit for the Pens? He's being bought out by the lighting (if the reports are true).

more centers means more opportunities to lose faceoffs, right?

I've always liked him, but... he , like malone, older and injury prone.
Marc Bergervin should be calling him!

Just to make it clear, I realize there's no need for him here, and I realize he will never come to Pittsburgh, but I've always liked the dude and am just day dreaming about him being in a Pens uniform.

I think his production didn't match his talent level for much of his career. But geez, still a bit shocking.

Also speculation about rejoining Tortorella in Vancouver.
A team like nashville should jump in on Vinny.

Or Toronto, but they have a lot of players to re-sign.

I remember when Malkin scored a few goals, Lecavalier got all upset that he sucked too bad now to even up the game, so he decided to go run at Geno. The Ref grabs Geno, holding him away from Lecavalier, holding both Geno's arms down, and Lecavalier gets a nice sucker puck in to Genos face/jaw.
Haven't liked that scumbag since then. Starting to think he was more or less of St. Louis setting him up.
I see him in Montreal as well, and I see myself hating Montreal even more.

Just saw a tweet that Vinny has the second lowest +/- (-117) of all active players (Olli Jokinen at -130).

The Rangers and Flyers like old washed-up players. I'm sure their GM's are working the phone as we speak.

I like Lecavalier a lot mainly because I had him on my fantasy team in the year he won the Richard...
Lecavalier for 3M on Malkin's LW? Yeah? Yeah? Yeah?
