I'm not one to complain about the umps, especially with how horrible we've been today offensively, but does anyone else feel like this home plate ump isn't doing us any favors? I feel like every single "coin flip" call over the last several innings has gone against us.

Ten Pirates stranded and OAK's winning run was walked in?! The hell...

Three-game losing streak isn't the end of the world for most teams. But, here...

Do something, Neil. You HAVE to do something.

..these games are getting uglier and uglier, and don't yell, but this is beginning to feel strangely familiar, can't let this streak go 5 games...

3 in a row....I believe they went into a tailspin either last year or the year before when Walker went down. Can't have Inge taking bats on a regular basis(or at all for that matter). I can't believe I'm saying this but if you're not going to DL Walker, put Mercer at 2B and Hopeless at SS. Oh, and DFA Inge while you're at it. Of course I can type that till my fingers fall off, but it will never happen.

I'm not saying this is the beginning of the long slide back to .500, but out of curiosity, how did the last streak end? I know the pitching went south, but did the hitting go south before it?

Lol that's ridiculous.

Screw your starting lineup, just get that utility guy!

Our RF is a major problem. Getting a pinch hitter does what?

Amazing how different I feel from yesterday. No estrogen involved, either.

I'm concerned about becoming concerned. Does that sound nuts?

(I know a long season has its ups and downs, but I'm scarred! I'm a broken fan!)

....is the market going to prevent NH from doing anything before the deadline. Teams waiting to see if they're going to be buyers or sellers. I hope not, can't let this streak go into the all-star game, but it's a little unrealistic to think he makes a deal in the next two weeks

Hopefully Cole can stem the tide tomorrow. I'm not ready to go into panic mode yet, just keeping tell yourself all teams go through losing streaks at sometime, even the good ones.
