Postby PensFanInDC on Wed Jul 10, 2013 11:16 am

I've got 2 grilled chicken breasts, carrots, grapes, strawberry applesauce and a bottle of water.

Is this a direct rebuke to the MSG/aspartame discussion of yesterday? I admire your moxie.

Hospital cafeteria food.

The patients get better food than we do.

Magee's cafeteria has amazing chicken strips. It's almost worth having another child just to eat those again.

My grandmother (God rest her soul) loved going to the Altoona Hospital cafeteria for dinner. I didn't even know this was a thing, but apparently it was a popular choice among the senior crowd. I accompanied her there on many an eve, and didn't think the food was bad at all.

The system I work in used to have good food before they outsourced to Eat N Park's company.

It's nothing like Eat N Park food.

I think I've narrowed it down to California Tortilla or Five Guys. Yeah....gonna need to do a little extra work this evening to make up for it.

Ended up going turkey sandwich because I didn't want to get food poisoning from the fajita special.

Also with the deli mustard, but on Italian
