What does the descriptor "takeout" mean when referring to Chinese food? Aside from really upscale asian dining, I can't think of a Chinese joint I've ever been to that doesn't offer takeout, so I am just trying to understand what this means.

There's a Chinese place near my house that only does takeout.
It also has bullet proof glass....but that's another issue.

Are chicken strips and chicken fingers the same thing? Is it like "Party Cloudy" and Partly Sunny?"
