I like the Skinner pick a lot. I was surprised to see him slide. I have big concerns about his size/health, but he's got by far the highest upside of first round caliber players.

If I inputted it on the google doc, then i copied and pasted it from here. If I didn't input it in the google doc, I copied and pasted from the google doc to the draft thread.

With yours and kraftster's keepers, I did nothing with the google doc, because you didn't have a complete list of keepers.

This year I decided to be done with lists. Just looking at players I want and then searching. I never search for a person's full name though, for this exact reason. I went to the thread and ctrl+f'd "gagn" and he came up.

The Hockey News publishes a list of the top 300 keeper players each year (goalies not included). I take that list and cross off all the keepers and add the ones in that aren't on their list (most of the new rookies, for example). It takes a little time, but it makes it much easier to do this draft.

I simply do a last name search on the google doc keepers and draft page. Simple, really.

There is no reason whatsoever that player names need to be spelled incorrectly.

I agree, but I'm also not checking them when I transpose them. Copy, paste, drag first name behind last name, add team and position. Everyone can feel free to get the names spelled right though.
