Fox, I hope it lasts, it may not be great, but it's a lot of fun.

I've determined that the best part of Low Winter Sun is the female detective. For pure acting reasons, I assure you. :pop:

Episode 1 of Sleepy Hollow was amazing. Can't wait to watch episode 2 tonight. This might become my new favorite show.

I fell asleep for a little bit last night, so I need to go back and watch again, but it kept up the pace of the 1st episode. The big demon with horns/Satan is very well done, kinda freaks me out.

I didn't get to watch this past Sunday's episode, but I actually really enjoyed the previous one. It was the first one that I felt was well written and the actors are starting to mesh. I don't think this show lasts long, but it is getting a little better.

HIMYM was ok last night. I thought Ted was going to meet the mother, but it seems they are going to play up the wedding for a few episodes before he actually meets her. They had a few "flash forwards" with her, but he hasn't met her yet. This will probably go through the first 6-8 episodes IMO. But it is definitely time for the show to end.

No comments on The Blacklist?

Well produced and written show. The two leads were a little too "Hannibal Lecter/Clarice Starling" for me in the first half of the show, but I think that will change as it moves forward. James Spader plays an interestingly complex character.

liked Blacklist and Sleepy Hollow a lot, but HIMYM can end now if the first show is any indication of where it's heading. The laughs for me were nonexistent, it felt stale and forced, and right now I don't really care for the character or the actress that plays "your mother". 2 Broke Girls was kinda "meh" too.

I'll have to check out Sleep Hollow.

Felt the same way with HIMYM. But I'm going to stick with it because I have for the last 8 years. But it was stale and forced. I loved the first 4 seasons of the show, then seasons 5-7 were meh. Last season was decent just for the buildup to who the mother was, but I agree, I felt the person they chose was meh as well.

Sleepy Hollow has some SERIOUS potential. It happens to be right up my alley as far as genre, direction, writing is concerned. The main female lead is an average actress at best but I can look past it.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. starts tonight at 8pm on ABC.

I'll be tuning in just to see how they explain Agent Coulson still being alive.

Seeing as how this season takes place over the course of wedding weekend, I don't think we'll being seeing the meeting until the finale. I hope there are more flash forward scenes so that we have visible evidence that the two actually work together.

I didn't know the whole season was at the wedding. Yeah, I agree then.

I like when a show like this doesnttake itself too seriously, but agents of shield is going a little overboard.

The Goldbergs was about as bad as I expected. I liked George Segal as Pops though.

Not sure. I'm going to be watching it again, but it was weird. Nothing about the show said comedy, but it seemed to make fun of itself a bit too much.

This sounds interesting...

The guy who did Rome is creating "Gotham" dealing with the early career of James Gordon.
It explores the origin stories of Commissioner James Gordon and the villains who made Gotham City famous. In Gotham, Gordon is still a detective with the Gotham City Police Department and has yet to meet Batman, who will not be part of the series.

Yeah that's interesting, however I think I would get frustrated with a show that was set in the Batman universe but had no Batman.
