I think 3 scholarships per year for the next three years qualifies. As a huge Canes fan, I'm just happy this whole thing is over now. The last three years of stringing this investigation along combined with the self-imposed penalties were more than sufficient, in my opinion. Now UM can focus on the two huge ACC games coming up and a possible ACC championship game. I just hope the Canes can avoid getting slaughtered by FSU. Lets co Canes!
