He's looked good on the wing. Aggressive on the forecheck. I wasn't sure he was going to be able to keep up as a forward with his lack of speed. But his size and grit is something that we need up front. He's a great team guy...keep it going.


I really don't think Engo lacks speed. He's not the most manouverable but is easily faster than Adams or Glass in a straight line, and has not looked out of place next to speedster Vitale. Good size and grit, reliable defensively, but likely scratched when/if the team gets healthy as Adams and Glass have the PK.

If he's going to be our "enforcer" he's better used on the 4th line. The fact he has hockey sense and some skill he fits in great there for probably 50-60 games this year and having him play 4th line in a playoff game that conventional wisdom says you need to send a message or protect a player I'm comfortable with him seeing 6 minutes and cycling the puck deep like they did last night.
