So few shot by the top 6 and a lower shooting percentage is the reason we're not scoring?

Yeah, I appreciate the analysis, but as we've been talking about the last week or so, the Pens' scoring issues against well-organized teams is more than a statistical blip. It'd be interesting to see a more fine-grained breakdown of where the Pens' shots are coming from. Based on the eye test, it seems like the Pens can dominate possession and outshoot the other team, but still lose because many of their shots come from further out with no traffic in front.
