Mustard

Postby She'sTheFastest on Wed Jan 29, 2014 3:58 pm

I prefer the traditional yellow for ham sandwiches, pretzels, shredded chicken and the like. I also enjoy brown as long as it is honey flavored. Which do you guys prefer?

I like a nice coarse Bavarian style, or a smooth and strong Dusseldorf style.

I used to love yellow mustard. Now, not so much. I don't know what changes. I guess I only like it now when it's mixed with ketchup.

This thread also solves my dinner dilemma, as I have Inglehoffer + bratwurst + vinegar slaw to be enjoyed.
Plus some beerz.

Some people don't know the meaning of the word 'SCORE'.

Sierra Nevada makes some great mustard.

Yup. Same. Very, very rarely have mustard. Once every three, four years maybe...
