They had the most impressive lifts -- but they didn't touch Davis/White in terms of both intricacy of their footwork and the speed of which they pulled it off. Like the commentors said, they (the Russians) had more distance between them than the other pairs throughout much of the program, which makes it easier when you're doing those synchronized footwork dance moves.
