If anything this team now needs a coach with experience in getting guys to play like Vets.

Agreed.

Bruce Boudreau could restore some sanity to this country club. Unfortunately
for the club, he already has a job.

How about Emilio Estevez? He played a coach in some movies.

Or Jonathan Coachman the guy who used to be on wrestling? His name is literally "Coach Man"

Or a Coach bag?

Stan Marsh.

He did coach against the Red Wings, a possible first round matchup...

He can't win in the playoffs when it matters.

I kind of like the idea of Tocchet with some good veteran assistance coaches. I would prefer a veteran head coach with a lot of experience, but I know those are rare. I just think we need a coach with attitude, no more buddy-buddy. No more practice cancelled. No more mustashe boy/playing hangman in practice.

I'd like to see what Barry Trotz would do with a team with this kind of talent.

If it involves iron and hockey skates, Orpik, Scuderi, and Pyatt and some others should be on board.

Best choice would be that old dude from Cheers. His name was simply Coach.
