Does gyro meat have a name? I thought the sandwich all assembled was called a Gyro, while the meat was a separate component with a different name?

First time I noticed it was when Brodeur came into the league. Was there any goalie at the time that had so many pucks disappear in his equipment? It still needs to shrink and aspects of it designed to act like extra catching gloves need to go. And the league needs to stop allowing goon squads to dominate in the playoffs by clutching and grabbing. I guess nothing ever changes.

Brodeur's always had pads on the small size. At least with respect to his contemporaries....
