Pens vs. Steelers: Citys' Championship Celebration

I wasn't around for the citys' post game Stanley Cup celebration in the early 90s. Today I was in the heart of Oakland and witnessed whatever the hell was on fire in front of Subway, being surrounded by thousands of screaming people and a lot of police. Did the city go as nuts when the Pens won the cup?

I think one of the news anchors mentioned a bunch of broken windows from the 2nd Cup. It''s too bad there are always idiots among the fans of any given team. It puts a damper on what should be a very happy occaision.

If some heads were not in the way you would have been able to see "Nicky" and I in the crowd on KDKA's video showing the burning Subway sign. It was friggin crazy!
