if we lose game two, i'll check out autotrader to see if they have a subcompact bandwagon for trade. maybe we can get one for cheap from the Caps.

If the Pens lose game 2, we could get a Geo Metro Hatchback. 40mpg and 3 cylinders of hockey excitement. We could attach Fleury's yellow pads to the front to run over everyone who got off the Metrowagon.

After all the years I've been on this board, this now becomes the worst post I ever read. Ever. I mean, what's the "one" in The Current One anyway? The board's current #1 DUMMY? Honestly, if you're ready to give up after one game, then maybe you shouldn't be a Pens' fan. Or a hockey fan.

Maybe we'll get swept, and maybe we'll win the next 4. Who the heck knows. But imagine if our players had the same attitude as you.

Yes, the more I think about it, this series is over. Like someone else pointed out, if the Pens had had their share of chances, and weren't able to beat Osgood, that's one thing. Nineteen shots on goal, however (with 12 of them coming in the 3rd period), tells me two things: first, the Wings are too good defensively, and two: the Pens simply threw in the the towel. When a team with this "talent", can't generate any offensive pressure, it's lights out.

Here's another reason: how about the Pens getting completely outhit, and by what some would consider a soft, European team. Again, another sign that the Pens gave up, and if they've given up, so should we. How does a guy like Datsyuk throw out more hits than anyone on the Pens?

The guy stated his opinion and in no way disrespected any of you personally. I understand why you wouldn't agree with his sentiment. That still doesnt mean its right to be rude to the OP regardless of how irrational you perceive his post to be. The other possibility is that he purposely wrote something he knew to be untrue and off the wall, just to get a RISE out of you (thats what she said).
