Does anyone know the story behind Pittsburgh new anchor Sonni Abatta and Kris Beech? I've seen mentions of it around the internet (i.e., thepensblog), but never any true talk about the reference.

She is not a new anchor in Pittsburgh (as far as I know). When Beech was 1st here (after the Jagr trade) they developed a relationship. I don't think there's anything more to the story.
