I finished the season yesterday in BAP. Art Ross, Rocket Richard, and hopefully Conn Smythe, because Conn Smythe = something good having happened.

I started over. I was like 20 games into the season and I was already on the top pairing with Gonchar.

As long as you play sound positionally as a defensemen, you get moved up regarless of point production.

I'm a power forward now. I'm playing at a point per game pace, with like 16 points in 15 games. Even split with goals and assists.

I just figured out now if you press the RT button, they'll shoot the puck.

The thing that bothers me is getting bounced around from line 1 and line two, especially since line one as sykora and satan and line two is dupuis and fedetenko. They are fine, but i end up having them feeding me when i'm on that line because they do the work down low. My guy is a playmaker though, so it was very difficult to get my assist quota when half the time i'm on the second line just scoring the goals.

Yeah, calling for the shot is key, though if they are in slightly unfavorable position its an incredibly weak shot.

That hasn't happened to me yet. I'm about 15 games into my new season and just got on the 1st line at the AHL level.

I'm getting a fair amount of assists by just setting them up on the doorstep. I'm normally able to draw the defensemen into me and leave somebody open for an open shot.

I make Jonathan Filewich look like Rob Brown.

Dupuis is a quasi-sniper for me, Gove was a champion for me in WBS, I think he was on the left wing though, so you probably haven't been on a line with him.

Gove is the a-hole that never comes off when we do a line-change.

Hahaha, I hate when they do that. Thats Crosby for me, but my strategy is to stay on and let my wings switch, so even though i am completely fatigued, I can spring sykora and satan then change, they are amazing when they get a 2 on 1 or even 2 on 2.

So they have Malkin on the 3rd line and Staal on the 4th?

yep, its hilarious. It actually annoys me that they don't have you move to the wing till you earn your spot as center, then keep Malkin on wing. There should be some way to set it up so that players have a "Franchise" tag and cannot be moved below the second line or pairing unless there are 6 other forwards or 4 other D of that type already filling the spots

Anyone intrested in making another LGP team with more active players?

We just need more people to play. Given i've only played 3 or 4 games with LGP, but in general, more people need to play. Also, I know people are trying to join but haven't been able to. At least for a while that was the case, I haven't checked to see if they got in.

That's why we need somebody who is more active as a GM. Since eww doesn't want to give up the reigns, let's create LGP Pros or something like Pensblog did.

I'm still job hunting, so if you want me to gm, i'll at least be around to add people a lot. I don't feel like setting a team up and making decisions on jerseys and such though.
