And if they don't have a good free stream like tonight,

I'll pay the 4 bucks and get one off hockeystreams.com

I got it tonight, and I was impressed. Better image than a Sopcast, no buffering/sticking at all

I'll have to keep that site in mind for the regular season if the free sites are sucking. I might go without Center Ice this year in order to save some cash.

The more i read over this thing the more hockey streams does tempt me. I'm now considering it for the entire season. 50 dollars a year hopefully the streams will look good on my TV which is plugged into my computer.

hockey streams was a great asset tonight. it was as good as watching it on tv. some of you said $3.99 for a pre-season game is a no go but i'd say seeing crosby's goal live was worth the price. but for any out of town fans i recommend it. the $3.99 was for a 24 hour account, there are prices that include a longer account duration.

I don't really see a difference between seeing it "live" on tv vs seeing a replay. To me its the same, the only way i get more enjoyment out of it is actually being there. To me nothing could have been worth $4. Plus I did see Crosby's goal as it happened on that other stream. I saw the move and everything, so it didn't matter. The only difference was the quality, but i'm not the kind of person who cares about quality as long as I can tell whats happening. I don't need HD and I don't even wear my prescription lenses.
