With Brashear out, I'd have absolutely no problem with a Biz Nasty-Mantis-Thomas 4th line, to keep up with a quick Washington team.

I wouldn't sit Godard. I would probably insert Thomas for Cooke though...

Honestly, play Sydor for Cooke..
The only reason people like him is that he is a Pittsburgh kid. I don't really have an opinion on him as I haven't seen enough of him yet.

They must be worried he won't clear waivers, otherwise he'd be down in WBS getting some playing time and Taffe would be eating nachos.

so you dont have an opinion of him, but you assume the only reason people like him is because he is from pittsburgh?

Put Biz in. Sydor got pretty prissy about playing LW. You would think he would want to play even if it was out of postion instead of sitting eating nachos in the pressbox. I can't wait for Whit or Gonch to come back so we can trade/waive is arse.

Godard fought Erskine last year, who is dressed tonight
Plus Godard earned his spot after a great performance last game
I'd like to see the Biz-Mantis-God line

How is Biz in terms of speed? I couldn't tell from what I've seen thus far.

In terms of speed, Biz isn't a slouch. He's only 23 years old - he can skate fairly well.
