magazine did an article on 2008 hop acreage, and while it's increased (mostly for high-alpha) hops, it's going to be another year before that increased acreage lowers hop prices (hop plants generally take 2 years to start producing useful cones)....we're looking at another year of hops at $20-30 a pound....once again, not cheap, and Stone certainly uses their fair share of hops!
The Punkin Ale is as good a pumpkin beer as there is out there. I'm honestly not a big fan of Magic Hat (think they're more style than substance), but if you enjoy it, it's always a good deal!
