Look at the cost increases on the other projects and the Pens as always are doing a great job.

Sounds reasonable for all the factors stated in the article. Glad they got everything under control.

Can't wait for it to open!

I know, that night will be great. I walk by it every week day and check out the site.

I tell you what -- since the lockout (minus CP) this has been one of the best managed franchises from the top down. I'm very impressed with the team on the ice and in the business world. Good signs for a great franchise to develop into a legend.

"The cost of the casino being built on the North Shore has jumped from $450 million to $800 million." Nice job, idiots.

They should of built that building years ago. Geez in the mid to late 1990's it probably would of cost well under 200 million.

"We're very pleased that it's not more than this," he said. "We have been spending wisely on this project. At the same time, we're going to have a building we're all very proud of."

It's good to hear that they aren't carelessly wasting money. They're taking their time and doing it right, as they should.

Yeah, but then, it would only be another 17 years until they needed a new arena instead of 30.

Which in Cranberry is the easiest store to get in and out of with what you want and not walking by a bunch of complete crap that you don't need.

You know all these supercenters are great if you want to spend an hour and a half getting everything for your house but if you just want food? Kuhn's is the best GROCERY store in the area.

What's curious about the name though? It's a chain. There's a Kuhn's just a couple minutes away from where I live. :?

The same pronunciation spelled a different way is an old-time racial slur.

Wait, did a guy named "whitey" just point that out? :?

My name had no affiliation with that post, it was paid for and approved by Barack Obama. I am shocked however that you needed to explain it.

I heard them mention this on the telecast last night. I'm very thankful that there were not any hangups over the budget which means the process can continue, uninterupted.
