I don't think he was apologizing. It lookes to me he simply said, " Get off of me". But i do not know

I admit...I thought he'd be a great fit on Crosby's wing when he was still with the Preds. I don't know if it was just the organization or if he always had a screw loose and I never saw it due to limited exposure, but he ended up being a complete clown. I'm glad the Pens never got the chance at him.

There's a guy at the arena that wears a Flyers jersey with #19 and "Fartsmell" on the back of it

:) Just classic laughter everytime I see it...

Just saw that clip for the first time -- I only had audio stream for the shootout. What a klutz!

After his "shootout attempt" I was hoping someone would make a clip with circus music on it. The music isn't exactly what I wanted but this made my night!

Very good.

You can clearly see him grabbing Sabu behind the head and pulling him down.

What an idiot this guy is.

If I remember correctly, Hartnell's whiney fist slam was right before his chance to shoot. Do you think it was because he was going to be called on to shoot and knew it could turn out...well...like it did?

It kind of reminded me of, you know, that kid whose dad makes him play baseball and hopes that the ball never gets hit to him in right field...

he is still an effin' clown though. and a total loser..

it's easy. hartnell was embarrassed, and the ony way he deals with his personal problems is to be a bully. of course he ran sabu on purpose. and this explains a lot about his play. someone that stupid who looks like that has a lot of built up anger over 30 or so years.

I would like to thank Mr. Hartnell for possibly the worst shootout attempt I have ever seen. The extra point is appreciated, Scottie.

It was bad and funny. Now, look for Dennis Wideman's shootout attempt when he was in St. Louis. That's the all-time best.

Clown and Sideshow Bob are great likenesses for Fartnell. I always thought he looked like Larry Bird. Heck of a basketball player...not much on the looks side.
