The goal, you might as well have put a #66 on the back of that kid's jersey.
Holy sweet Jesus.

Our last three first rounders had 14 shots, 3 goals, and 5 points. And our fourth last first rounder played a good .900 save pct game.
PK went 6-6 tonight, and we went 51% on faceoffs. Welch got 15 minutes of icetime, which cut down Whit's time to just over 20, and Gonchar's to 22. That's good.

And again, like every other win this season, I have had more than 4 beers during the game.
This Penguins win was brought to you by Molson Ice.

...i just saw the malkin goal on tsn, and it was pretty special...wouldn't rank it ahead of mario's in the 91 playoffs, but one of the nicest pens goals in the past few years for sure...wow we are going to be SO spoiled folks over the next decade or so...just sit back and relax, and get ready for some laps around the rink with the silver mug one day!!....hehe...

Un-freakin-believable....I was amazed more and more every game last season with Crosby and now watching the two of them together.......WOW It's actually exciting to watch this team again. Malkin is just.....I don't even know what word would do justice.

All those YouTube clips are carrying over, aren't they? And as others have pointed out, wait until he's used to the NHL speed and shooting against guys not named Brodeur

He will clearly get better with time. It's amazing what he is doing so far. He can make something out of nothing lik Sid, almost at will.

Hahaha Lange just said "Thornburn". Thornburn is just such a tough name. It sounds like the name someone would create for their druid/spellcaster fantasy character. Tyrelias Thornburn, from Shadowmoor Vale.

Next game will be tricky. My wife's cousin is having a birthday party for their 1 year old so I will be out of town this weekend and not watching the game vs the Flyers. So if the Pens win, my liver is saved. If they lose then it's back to the sauce.

I'm in row 16, see you there. I'm going back to the Burgh around Thanksgiving. Will probably end up at a couple.

BTW, the Lange/Bourque "totally awesome" quote of the night:
Occured when the Glass fell on that woman.
Lange: If you're sitting there with a seven dollar beer and some nachos, that glass would hit you and you'd see your money go flying all over the place.
Bourque: I'd be really concerned about the beer.

I guess the offense will get another "F" because they DID'NT score on the power play.
