You can't stop Evgeni Malkin. There are doubts as to whether it's even possible to contain him.

Hey, who's that guy we've got with the white goalie pads?
Gotta love Malkin's reactions when he scores. Every time this kid scores a goal, it's like it's his first NHL goal all over again.

Good Lord. I really enjoyed the 1st period, the other two were kind of sloppy by both teams but a great ending.

Very nice to get those two points. It would have been bad, bad news had they only come away with 1 or even 0.
The road trip is a success at this point.

I gotta get up for work in like four, four and a half hours. Ouch. Oh well, at least tomorrow is pay day.
What the hell is this? Pens go to 7-3 on the year. Fox Sports Pittsburgh is leading with Chukky F'n Okobi taking over for Jeff Hartings. Thanks, FSN. Thanks a lot. Now I don't have to stay up until one-f'ing-thirty to see if Chukky Okobi is going to start for the 2-5 Steelers.

I want 2 more wins! Is that so much to ask? These next two games will be fun to watch, win or lose.

What can you say about guys like Crosby and Malkin? The puck just follows those guys, always in the right place at the right time. Great game.

Nice job by FSP to be buzzkills by opening with the Steelers.
Is it too much to ask to have the Pens postgame immediately after the game, especially since half of the intermissions are non-hockey related?

was the ice bad out there? That 2nd period we couldnt complete a pass and guys were bobbling the puck all over the place. Made for a real boring 2nd period. Awesome ending though. Any other points gathered on this road trip are gravy. Getting 2 tonight was a great, great start...especially after being down for almost 1.5 periods of play.

gotta LOVE IT but i hate for them to always play catch up all the time i know they can't score first all the time but sometimes it's a bit scary watching and waiting for the first goal to come on the catch up
