The Penguins led 2-1 when Lemieux took an outlet pass from Bourque and bore down on defenseman Shawn Chambers. He used his backhand to put the puck between Chamber's legs and then raced ahead to pick it up on his forehand. Now it was just Lemieux and Minnesota goalie Jon Casey. Lemieux got Casey to commit to his left by faking a shot, then quickly switched the puck to his backhand, slid to his knees and eased the puck into the open side of the net.
