Hey, I'm going to the Penguins' Skates and Plates event (formerly Penguins at your service) this Thursday. I am thinking of getting a stick signed by as many players as I can. Any recommendations on what type of stick to get (I don't want to spend too much for one--it's not like I'm playing with it)? Or, any better ideas of something to get signed? I already have a Rimouski 3rd jersey signed by Sid, so I don't feel the need for another jersey. Thanks!

A Sher Wood 5030 might be a good bet. They're inexpensive as far as sticks go -- $26.00 or so and aren't painted, rather they are real wood and there is plenty of surface area for players to sign. Available in Spezza and Coffey patterns.

Stealth S17, most popular stick in the league right now...oh wait, you said you dont want to spend too much. Would look good signed with a silver Sharpie though.
Warrior Dolomite is another popular stick in the NHL right now.

I got some stick with Crosby's name on it for $20 at a local store. It was black, though, so it might not be the best choice for signing.

Never ask Roberts for more rolls after the first basket. I learned my lesson.

MY GOD

Scary Gary running a tight ship as usual. I bet everybody ate in total silence because everyone was too scared to talk with him around.

I'm surprised PB Charlie had a chance to be there. I heard he was really busy as a
member of city council.
But you're right, he's been seen in more places than Waldo.

If you look real close on the bottom of the pic, you can see the Hockey Fights Cancer logo.
