didn't slappy also go with nan early when nan was a wolf? that would be a great play if he were alpha.

Calling out villagers and spearheading a vote I'm leaning towards sdm. I'm holding onto my vote for right now cause this is where votes really count. Also slappy is giving me vibes

if slappy is the alpha, good work on what he's done so far. He stuck his neck out several times.Zarovich wrote:didn't slappy also go with nan early when nan was a wolf? that would be a great play if he were alpha.
Assuming sdm is some kind of wolf, slappy may be a good call for next round.

Re: ***OFFICIAL WWX GAMEPLAY THREAD***
just a little more proof in the pudding... if sdm was a villager, the wolves would have jumped all over it with at least a couple villagers (I'm assuming) voting for him. This game would be over already if he were a villager.

Re: ***OFFICIAL WWX GAMEPLAY THREAD***
Looking back at Dan's extended analysis write-up earlier....
sdm voted 3rd for NAN, 2nd for cup keeper, 12th for dagny. That's pretty early for the first two and possibly risky.
bhaw voted 4th for NAN, 10th for cup keeper (after seer came out), and for dagny after she was already done.
jwienand voted 15th for NAN, didn't vote for cup keeper, 13th for dagny (after seer came out).
slappy voted 1st for NAN, didn't vote for cup, 10th for dagny (after seer)
wicked child didn't vote nan, 5th cup keeper (after seer), didn't vote dagny
npv didn't vote NAN, voted 7th cup keeper (after seer), didn't vote dagny
Based on this and the fact that I have nothing else to go on I'd say wicked child and npv are the most likely alpha's. Neither voted for NAN or dagny and both voted cup keeper after seer revealed.

Re: ***OFFICIAL WWX GAMEPLAY THREAD***
Lol. I guess I telepathically sent a PM to Juice during those Night cycles I completely missed at work.
Also, do you honestly believe the alpha would NOT vote for someone who was outed by the seer?!
It is a fact that early in this game I missed all action between roughly 9-5:30 or so. This included the nan and dagny lynchings.
I'm not sure if this is an attempt to draw suspicion away from sdm at the last minute or more of the misguided thought that has marred the village. I am not changing my vote unless someone can provide evidence otherwise why I should believe he is a villager.

Yes, and it's also a "fact" that bhaw couldn't possibly be the alpha based on pm access on his phone and his schedule.... lots of "facts" are out there.the wicked child wrote:It is a fact that early in this game I missed all action between roughly 9-5:30 or so. Re: ***OFFICIAL WWX GAMEPLAY THREAD***
I think this is helpful but at the same time I don't think we can put too much stock into something like this. This alpha has been really sly and seems like they've been a step or two ahead of us, with the exception of jose nailing two in a row. sdm is a veteran player and I could see him being able to execute where he jumps in early on fellow wolves just in case the vote completely goes there way, remember nan's was a complete flip flop. Why not be in early, then at the end people will absolve you quick.MWB wrote:Looking back at Dan's extended analysis write-up earlier....

I'm lynching sdm, I called him out way back at the very beginning of the game, the first couple days and now I'm finally following through on my initial hunch.

Re: ***OFFICIAL WWX GAMEPLAY THREAD***
I do at least have a valid excuse. I missed a couple of votes due to not being around. If you look back at those votes, I wasn't around at all during those writeups. I missed like 2 or 3 in a row I think. Actually makes a good case why I'm not a rp, as I would've never gotten the votes in. It was kind of upsetting, especially since I've always wanted to lynch NAN, I mean, you have played WW, unless you've done so. At least that's what the clique tells me. But it does make me reconsider my vote for now.MWB wrote:Looking back at Dan's extended analysis write-up earlier....

Partially. The dif is that before the write ups I weren't around and said so beforehand. I believe I said something along the lines of I'll be gone all day. Feel free to try and find it.

Re: ***OFFICIAL WWX GAMEPLAY THREAD***
By that logic, I stated in the sign-up thread that I wasn't sure if I was going to play because I didn't know how much I could check in from work. That's different though I guess.

Re: ***OFFICIAL WWX GAMEPLAY THREAD***
Addtionally, would a wolf, let alone the alpha practically beg JC to seer me? Check it out, i gurantee it checks out. If i really was a wolf, that would end my night really soon and if i was the alpha, it would practically end the game. Why would any non-villager do that? It wouldn't make the slightest bit of sense.
