Is there anyway we can discuss the roles of Gardener and Mayor?
From the experience last game, the mayor is pretty useless without information. I would love to see some type of communication between he and the gardener. Such as, when the gardener PMs who he wants to research he indicates if he wants this information shared with the mayor or not. In that instance, the mayor would not know who the gardener is and vice versa (unless of course researched). I think that's pretty important, in the case of converted mayor. At least in this case, the mayor isn't blindly pardoning people or merely used by the slugs once converted.
Or the gardener could get the info, then PM Senka if he wants to share the info with the mayor. Instead of in the same PM, in case he finds something incriminating.

Good question.
If we're looking to do a "quick game", I recommend the former. The recruiting greatly increases the length of the game because people are recruited rather than killed several nights.
