If you think someone's a bad guy, vote against them, unless you yourself are also bad.
If you think someone's a good guy, don't, unless you're a bad guy.
Of course, you may also be bad and vote against bad people to hide your voting pattern.
That's pretty much all you need to know.

How do I know if I'm bad or if someone else is?!
How do I vote?! lol
Are you given roles?

Here's the
original Werewolf rules thread. All other games are just variations of that.
Example:
Lynch NAN became
Salt NAN for Slug Wars. We always use NAN as an example.

I could write you a little novel if you like.
"And then JarkkoVision jumped up on a table and began to unwrap NAN..."

I'll give you the same advice slappy gave me...
Play and you'll learn
I've watched the threads. It hasn't helped.
YOu need to actually play. If you watch, you wont learn.

Play Jarkko, it's the only way to learn, and it's fun.

lynch /
unlynch
salt /
unsalt
waive /
claim
unwrap /
wrap
Yellow is how you would place a vote on someone, blue is how you retract it. Using the Werewolf version, this would be "vote for NAN, then change it to Corvidae":
unlynch NAN
lynch Corvidae

I'll play. How often do you have to be on? I can't guarantee times when I'd be on.

As long as you don't care that Jesus Christ will be portrayed as he is on South Park or Family Guy - I haven't decided yet.

30 is a nice number.
PFiDC makes 29, right? Good opportunity for Jarkko to get in if he wants to learn to play!

read this, this really helped me my first game. It explains the rules when you the "in real life" version...but you can then apply to here.
http://www.eblong.com/zarf/werewolf.html " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
There are a few more roles then just these though.
