NHL GM Wars Sign Up Thread (April 12th)
Welcome to the NHL GM Wars Sign Up Thread! This obviously works best with a 30 player game. Pick your GM when you sign up.
WHO YOU CHOOSE DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE GAME. But since you don't know what that difference is, just pick whoever you want. It will be fair and who you choose does NOT determine your role in the game.
Roles will be determined via random.org
Game layout:
2 bad familes (1 for each conference)
-GM (Godfather)
-Assistant GM (Seer)
-Assistant to the GM (Role Blocker)
Good RPs (1 set for each conference)
-GM (Vig)
-Assistant GM (Seer)
-Assistant to the GM (Angel)
There may or may not be other RPs (good or bad). There might also be packages.
The thread will never be locked and you can talk at night all you want. It's your decision.
There will also not be any time limits. If I feel a day or night is taking too long I will use my judgement and make a call accordingly. I don't think night will be a problem but if a day is taking too long it will be determined by majority at that point. An official warning (OT Period) will be given and you have 1 hour to make a decision before majority takes it.
Colors are just to reflect the team. They have no bearing on the game.

Boston Bruins - Peter Chiarelli - MWB

Re: NHL GM Wars Sign Up Thread
I'm looking at the setup and wondering if the balance won't be strongly tilted in favor of the village. 6 good RPs vs. 3 + 3 bad RPs seems tough for the baddies. The 2 sets of baddies will presumably not know each other and so will be working against each other as well as against the village. The village presumably won't be divided. I only bring this up because we baddies massacred ourselves in the wrestling game...
Just a thought. If I'm missing something or if there are inner workings to balance it out, then OK.
