I just don't think you'll get 30 people, and some of the other regulars are going on vacation.

I'd just wait and start your game on a Monday too. Because you'll find out that if you start tomorrow, or any other midweek, it takes like a day to get through the first day phase. You'll maybe get to day 3 or 4 by Friday and then everyone leaves for the weekend.
