Are they still allowing double-runner skates in AA?

Nah, that's single 'A'... But... Double 'A' is a 'No Check League'

Oh, and I have to pull for our neighbors, the Pine Cones (or whatever Pine-Richland's team name actually is...).

Pine-Richland Rams...Go NA!! At least they don't have to play Bethel Park this year for the title.

Nope they have to play the team that beat Bethel Park in the Semi's
BtW, I always thought Pine Richland were the Fighting Conifers.

I would rather play Lebo. There is always something about Bethel Park that NA just can't seem to overcome.
