im good with waiting til thursday, i finish finals wednesday. and dont want to speak for krafster but we have things pretty well situated for a >25 crowd so i think it would enhance the product if we can reach our critical mass

This. I think we'd have to change the design if we were < 25.

And, like the pansy (c2i) said, if not today, probably best to wait until post-holidays. I am really busy the first week back, so it would have to be after that. Rel is first in 2011 anyway.
