**WEREWOLF XVIII GAME THREAD**

The Penguins were looking to defend their Stanley Cup championship from 1991. The team went through a rough season with the death of their beloved head coach and struggled through the majority of the season. However, the team caught fire near the end of the season and went into the playoffs on a high note.

All of this success was put into question however, when the Penguins soon went down 3-1 to the Washington Capitals in the Patrick Division Semi-Finals. The team rallied and defeated Washington in 7 games in one of the best victories in franchise history. However, the team faces a daunting challenge the rest of the way out, starting with the Patrick Division Final against the New York Rangers.

The village is composed of 3 wolves:

The Penguins are not defenseless against this onslaught however, as there are special villagers who look to fight off these wolves and defend their Stanley Cup title.

The Penguins were looking to head into Madison Square Garden and take an early lead in their series against the Rangers. The Rangers were slight favorites heading into the series because of their President's Trophy winning season. All seemed to go well for the Pens as they dominated the New Yorkers and won Game 1. After the game however, the Rangers were looking for blood, as such a blight to their honor could not go unpunished. The wolves gathered around Senka and took out all of their aggression.
