I'm pretty sure they (maybe not the players, but other equals to Therrien) call him Coach Mike or Mike.netwolf wrote:Therrien has said that Michael is fine with him.Brode wrote:Why is Lange capable of saying Michel Ouellet but can only say Michael Therrien?

I don't know why people care that he is a homer. He works for FSP (P as in Pittsburgh). At least he gets excited when the Penguins score instead of getting excited when the opposition scores.KG wrote:Steigy call after the Sid bad pass "oh no".....we all know that he's a homer, but lets keep it evenflow as much as possible...little pet peeve of mine..

If the Pens win and Montreal loses the Pens move into 4th.Brode wrote:What way do you mean Come On? Our playoff hopes are better if Montreal wins. I'd rather be 5th and play Montreal, then be 5th or 6th behind Ottawa and play Ottawa or Atlanta. It's better to have the teams ahead of us win and the teams behind us lose.Ottawa 2 - Montreal 0
Come on guys.

I'm here. I'm just far behind real time in the game. I only go that far in the thread.Kovy27 wrote:Where's dagny? I need a conference...netwolf wrote:Sorry Kovy, but skip has a point.Kovy27 wrote:Rocco wrote:Um, Kovy? If you're going to pad your stats, you might want to actually win.
I have no idea what the score is right now... but, you can do it!

Btw, who's Mike Gonzalez?

Steigy is supposed to be objective about analyzing the game, but he doesn't have to pretend he doesn't care which team wins. They don't establish the opposing team's keys to winning this game.opie22002 wrote:I don't know why people care that he is a homer. He works for FSP (P as in Pittsburgh). Nice replay on the MO goal, looked like he was going to trip over his own feet, but he found the puck, regrouped and finished. That's a hockey player, not a star, but a hockey player.
I'm not a big MO fan, but he does find a way to finish a play and bang one in. Hands and heart. That's all you can say.
