If you care at all about the growth of the game, you'd appreciate the importance of these marketing stats. More females attending games than NFL MLB

It's not about not appreciating the importance of getting women to the games. I appreciate any Pens fan. I just wish that they'd interview some women who actually knew something about the game. There is a definite perception among the general public that women aren't very intelligent when it comes to the rules of professional sports and are only there to ogle the hotties, and they always seem to interview just the right people to enforce the stereotype. But like I said, it was off topic to begin with and really just a pet peeve of mine as opposed to a full-blown rant/complaint.

I hate the game being this close. They're playing really sloppy and taking a lot of unnecessary penalties.

On the positive side, the tight score is probably keeping the Flyers' goon squad in check. If we were blowing them off of the ice, I'll bet they'd be taking a lot more runs at Sid/Geno/Stall and trying to pick fights.

The first time that aired, I cringed during the lead-in. Not that those interviews were the cream of the crop per se, but I was fearing it would be a lot worse.
