Their organization must be desperate to make the playoffs.

Murray is a high quality coach; too bad the Pens have already handed MT a multi-year deal.

If the team is not sold on MT after this season, or they bring in a new gm. I would love for the Pens to consider Andy Murray. This guy is a very solid NHL coach. He was in LA for 7 seasons, he wore out his welcome, but that's a long gig.

New ownership will mean new GM and new coaches.

I want someone like Dave King because he knows Malkin's talents and is a great teacher/coach. I don't understand why Patrick gave MT a 3-year deal.

He gives EVERYONE a 3 year deal. It's standard operating procedure (except Caron who got a brain-fart 4 year deal)!
