Somehow the Capitals score...
Whistle probably should've blown.
3-2 Penguins.
Nevermind, saw the replay. Puck was never frozen...squeaked right through.

CRAP
THIS GD NEGATIVITY IS KILLING THE TEAM. REVERT ALL FOCUS TO THE LAST 43 SECONDS OF THIS GAME THEN GO BACK TO YOUR WAR OF MORALITY

pens have been getting quick whistles all night. not sure you can blame this on the ref. caps were coming on strong

To quote Dr. Boni: That was hilarious and ugly and sad all at the same time.

Two straight games of not blowing a multi-goal lead; I think we've killed that ugly trend.
Great win.

oops.
They must have a thing for the number 9. When they showed their "power line" at the end, they had Staal listed as #9 as well.

T-bo gets another win for his effort. Good for him and good for the pens not giving up even with the late goal to give the caps just a whifff. Not bad considering it seemed at times as if the the pens really weren't all there.

This thread is cursed. I'm glad the Pens still found a way to win.

A win is a win. They withstood the Capitals physical charge in the 1st period and then handled them fairly well the rest of the way. Last minute goals suck. Offensively not much to speak of, they made 3 great plays. 16!

There is only one curse and his posting name is Peter. He hasn't shown his ugly face today...yet.
