In what was almost a disaster Malkin makes a wonderful play to not let the Isles dump all the way down the ice.

Man, that #1 PP unit was on the ice forever, great stamina by those guys. Malkin's play to break up that possible 2-1 the other way should not be forgotten, and nice to see he ended up with an assist on the Recchi goal.
