Too bad he wasn't advising the Pens when they decided to give satchels of $$$ to Gonchar, Palffy, etc.
He also failed to mention that a team should only sign guys with high character and strong work ethic, not soft useless floaters.
Damien Cox understands 30+ UFAs are a huge waste of $$$$
