History of Hockey series

If anybody is a fan of the NHL in general and interested in a brief historical overview of some of the primary players and organIzations I highly recommend this series. I saw it a few years ago on CBC and/or TSN. I noticed in the Tivo guide OLN will be running 4 of the 1 hour shows in the next few weeks.

I have to give them props for an impressive intermission studio panel and this definitely is a nice feature for fans that appreciate and enjoy the history of the NHL. I am planning on purchasing the DVD series on eBay some day when I get around to it.

I seen the first two and I loved them. I am still pretty young so this is all fascinating to me. Also, I am definately going to keep playing hockey for as long as I can because every ex-hockey player you see is always very healthy looking no matter how old they are!

I have the VHS set. Highly recommended!

I'm gettting more and more ticked at Comcast as the days go on.

Turns out, the Comcast CEO is being very spiteful with the broadcast rights to Comcast owned properties OLN, E! etc... Instead of inking deals with competitors to pad the bottom line (Like Cablevision does with HBO etc..) he's withholding Comcast owned content (OLN) from competitiors.

Having just switched to Verizon Fios, because he has a huge problem with a baby Bell being a competitior, so he won't reach an agreement with them for OLN, therefore, no OLN for me.

What an idiot.
