Re: Godfather Warz Game Thread
Warz is never in absolutes. And those that cast it that way (such as Shaf or THG this phase) make one second guess their motives. Does it matter to me if I'm the only vote? No. It has succeeded in getting Shaf to go nuts and defensive like he has something to hide.

Haha.thehockeyguru wrote:The game before that? I had IE on Day 1. This game? First vote on PB, not because I knew he was Red but because it would be the best for the village to have him gone given his last performance.
I'm not right all the time, but the village could do a lot worse than listening to my reasoning.

When Pavel was returned by random.org when I was assigning the red angel, I almost didn't select him knowing that people would have it out for him from the last game. But I had to go with what random.org commands.

So according to Juice's calculus from last game, we're both red, right?canaan wrote:shad has posted 30+ times. redwill 19...they both are chirpy this game.

Re: Godfather Warz Game Thread
this is a different format so there is obviously a different approach, but to disregard his concept that wolves in a straightforward game dont get in the mix early is just dumb. His theory has merit in those style of games.

Given what happened Day 1 there is no better play at this point than Redwill. I'm not changing.

Can you point out for me where redwill said he would not vote for Pavel?thehockeyguru wrote:Given what happened Day 1 there is no better play at this point than Redwill. I'm not changing.

Re: Godfather Warz Game Thread
Does this point really matter? Why would we come right out and say "I'M NOT VOTING FOR PAVEL". This seems completely trivial to me

whack redwill
I was away at a job interview all morning, so pardon my absence. In the case of THG, dude manages to nail me as a red every freaking time. I don't have any idea if he's red or blue or green, but he's damn good.
Back your regularly scheduled IE/THG hate.

I think it's annoying and ultimately counter-productive to state things that aren't true. THG is skewing things to favor his argument. That might not be a problem right now, but it could very well be later in the game.shafnutz05 wrote:Does this point really matter? Why would we come right out and say "I'M NOT VOTING FOR PAVEL". To borrow a phrase, spreading that non-truth is either red or clueless.MWB wrote:I think it's annoying and ultimately counter-productive to state things that aren't true. Re: Godfather Warz Game Thread
You are correct that redwill never said that. But THG was the very first person to vote for Pavel yesterday. I don't see any way he is red.

He didn't say he wouldn't vote for him. But when there are 5 or so votes on Pavel and he tosses out another vote in my eyes he is saying he has no interest in voting for him.redwill wrote:Pavel Bure remains a great player. Give him a chance.

For fun.
