Lately I've been experimenting with a new look for my desktop by using widgets. There are tons of really useful ones.

Anybody heard of or use any good widgets that they'd like to pass along?

yahoo has a bunch, my wife likes saduko? and the sticky notes, the weather one is nice too. all in all they aren't as nice or cooperative as the mac ones but it is improving.
