vote was 3-2 in favor of cbear on that fateful day when MWB posted the above.MWB wrote:Think shaf is the way to go. Vote wrong, we're screwed either way. Lose both angel and seer quickly. So what's the best case? We get this one right, we have seer and hidden angel. The seer can provide us with info. We believe shaf and he's right, we've got the angel and hidden seer. That doesn't help as much. Helps if seer survives long enough. So if its a toss up, I'm voting for shaf.

I think in a game this small that there probably isn't an independent. Really not sure what to make of rel's play though.
Still on phone, but will try to look back at the others tonight. The WK quick re-random is certainly interesting.

Re: WW XXIV: An Ode to lycanthropy (Game Thread)
Looking back, a couple things stuck out:
Kaizer was all over the place during the shaf/cbear thing. I posted what I did (what ulf quoted above), and a few minutes later Kaizer posts nearly the exact same thing and votes for shaf. He then takes his vote off, puts it on again, takes it off again. He puts the vote back on shaf after ulf came out. It almost seemed like he was trying to hedge his bet.
I agree with ulf and LITT said about WK. Didn't see a whole lot else that stuck out, because he has so few posts, which makes him stick out I guess.
LITT pushed hard for cbear early, then backed off. Later he went pretty hard at teib. The only other thing that stuck out was how he said the mac vote was silly. What's the point in saying a vote is silly? Try to make yourself look good when mac gets voted out and is blue?

Re: WW XXIV: An Ode to lycanthropy (Game Thread)
As I said before, I posted the second random because no one but mrandall seemed interested in voting for shad. Like mac said, I haven't been posting a lot just to post. I've been trying to figure this out and not add to the epic confusion this game became.
I may be blinded by being on him for several days, but I still think Kaizer is red.
I don't know what to make of relantel. He's positioned himself to be a complete wildcard, which I just can't see as being beneficial to the village in any way. He won't even respond directly to questions. We should have voted him out earlier.
LITT is the only one left that could be described as 'steering' the village at some point, so I don't trust him either.
MWB seems the least suspicious based on votes and the quote ulf posted above.

i was all over the place, because there was role claims left and right. if you look at i was doing, depending on how the trend was flowing at the time, my votes would have been for the good of the village, fleeting though the "revelations" may have been.

I think during the shad / CBear vote you completely overplayed things and have now been playing it out through the rest of the game.

So you just went with the flow of the village? Anyone can say that their vote would have been good on the cbear/shad vote because one was good and one was bad. That's why it seems suspicious how much you went back and forth... kept your bases covered.Kaizer wrote:i was all over the place, because there was role claims left and right. if you look at i was doing, depending on how the trend was flowing at the time, my votes would have been for the good of the village, fleeting though the "revelations" may have been.

Re: WW XXIV: An Ode to lycanthropy (Game Thread)
im not sure about kaizer. when shad was voted out, he was on cbear. the vote count was 5 to 2 in favor of cbear and he switched to shad which pushed it 4 to 3 in favor of cbear. i dont think i red person would do that when the alleged seer is so close to being voted out?

That makes me feel better. No reds jumped on to finish the blue and end it.

why would kaizer vote in the manner i detailed above? or are we neglecting the facts to deflect?Willie Kool wrote:Luckily it takes 4, not 3. Looks like it's Kaizer and LITT

Look at how he played Rylan's suggestion to get off the CBear/shad vote and go after someone else.

Re: WW XXIV: An Ode to lycanthropy (Game Thread)
just because i have been wrong does not mean i am red. and the fact that my timing after ulf's vote was unfortunate. look my my previous votes, i was ready for TEIB and WK several days ago. dont neglect to see the forest through the trees here
