Chris Mason (G) gets a goal for Predators...

He was credited with a goal when Geoff Sanderson put the puck into his own net on a delayed penalty in the third period. Mason also made 23 saves on 24 shots to help Nashville to a 5-1 win over Phoenix.

Mason has been strong with wins in each of his past 5 games, although they were all against teams out of the playoffs. I wonder if he can guide the Predators through the playoffs. Nashville (#4) will play San Jose (#5) in the first round.
