This is going to take me back to a couple of years ago where we had that end of the draft swing with 8 picks that took like 15 minutes and then took like 30 hours to get back.

I just realized what a giant advantage 1st overall is in our league. You get first overall and then first keeper eligible as well.

I can't remember, do we have to have our own pick in a round in order to be able to keep someone? Also, if we can acquire two picks in a round, can we keep two guys in that round?

Yeah, you need to have that pick. But say you traded your 10th round pick and wanted to keep a guy from the 11th...hmm, did we establish the rule on that? can you keep him then for a 9th?

I mean, intuitively, that's what i think. But then, the next year he would cost you an 8th. You would'nt get to keep him again for the 9th.

Yeah, I thought there were some moves last year that saw people keeping guys for picks other than their own.

But y eah, I was wondering that too, Troy.

People were keeping all over the place last year with other people's picks. Hammer, SDD, and Kicksave all had keepers in slots that were not their own. If that is not allowed going forward, that's fine, but I just want to make sure.
